Getting Ready for My Treadmill Love-Hate Relationship!



End of Week #3........and it's a gain!

The treadmill is outside on the covered patio, but I only have a small window of time to use it here in sunny Arizona. Every day this week I was all set to run and some big interruption happened...so with this gain I MUST!!!!

I'm grateful for the 1.6 pounds loss!

I'm grateful for the 1.6 pounds loss!  Moving furniture, cleaning house & working outside has it's perks when you can't "work out".  I had so much going on this first week getting ready for guests that I thought I was in trouble.  I didn't watch what I ate and only worked out once...so it will catch up with me if I don't get on it this week... or should I just rearrange the whole house!

BLOGGEST LOSERS!?

I was just introduced to the TV show, Biggest Losers, a few weeks ago--not really enough time to get into it at the end of the season.  It wasn't the biggest encouragement to me at that point because, "how could it help me?", so when my daughter mentioned a blog offering the same kind of accountability and encouragement... I had a decision to make!!!

As you can see I've taken the 20 week challenge to become a part of the BLOGGEST LOSERS hosted on http://yesiknowwhatcausesthat.blogspot.com/.  Each Friday we weigh in, take a picture of the scale for verification (reduces temptation to cheat!), and post to Kris' blog.

Of course in the meantime, I have to get busy.  It's serious business now to use my Wii Fit and decide on what healthy eating regime I'm going to use, but first I'm ready to report my weekly weight in picture!   It says 234.6.
